2. Delivery Location Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in South Africa and selected international locations.

3. Delivery Time An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

  • Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse and the logistics service provider process the order, which takes an additional 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Time (South Africa): This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our international warehouse to the destination. Standard delivery to South Africa typically takes 10–25 business days.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. 5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for South Africa) Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches South Africa.
